Founded in 1983 by a true car enthusiast, we have grown to become one of the leading manufacturers of performance exhaust systems for a continually growing range of vehicles.
With headquarters in the UK and a development & testing centre at the iconic Nürburgring, Germany; we design, develop and test our range of exhaust systems in-house using state of the art equipment. Our Advanced Manufacturing Centre has equipment such as the latest All Electrical CNC Mandrel Tube Benders and Faro 3D Laser Scanners, which combined with one of the most experienced teams of Engineers and Production Staff in the industry, allows us to continue to be the first to deliver market products and innovative designs.

Advanced Manufacturing (Derby, UK)
At Milltek we take great pride in the fact that everything we make is on-site, there's been a vast investment in machinery and materials, which aims to ensure that we continue to develop great quality products in a fast and efficient manner.
This site is 1 of 5 buildings based at Pride Park Derby, an accumulation of many years of investment into the companies infrastructure. The Advanced manufacturing centre is £2.5M purpose built facility from 2021, having all the specialised equipment we would ever need for bending, cutting and machining pipework.
Research and Development (Derby, UK)
The Research and development makes it so that we can create and produce new line-ups from start to finish. When when a choice for a new product line is made, the experienced engineers at Milltek get to work on designing, testing and producing jigs. Once the engineers are happy we go onto the next stage of production.
Warehousing (Derby, UK)
Our Derby warehouse has a large capacity for stock, meaning that we have product on hand and ready to go. The warehouse keeps the cycle going as we can develop, manufacture and stock our products. When you order an exhaust from Milltek, it means that delivery times are much quicker.
Manufacturing (Ilkeston, UK)
Ilkeston is another main hub for manufacturing, close to our HQ in Derby. This site is one of the original warehouses back when Milltek first started, we have continued to invest and manufacture products. The different sites can work together to produce a plethora of systems, which helps scale the production and again reduce wait times.
Manufacturing (Knoxville, TN)
Milltek Corp's Knoxville facility is home to our growing American manufacturing operation, where we produce a continually expanding range of performance exhaust systems for the North American market. Through continued investment in advanced manufacturing technology, including our BLM LC5 tube and sheet fiber laser, Unison Breeze 80 all-electric CNC mandrel tube bender, laser welding, and precision fabrication equipment, we're able to manufacture premium exhaust systems with exceptional accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Combined with an experienced team of engineers and fabricators, our Tennessee facility continues to expand its manufacturing capabilities while reducing lead times for customers across the United States.
Research & Development (Knoxville, TN)
Our Knoxville engineering team develops and validates products specifically for the North American market, with a strong focus on domestic vehicles and enthusiast-driven platforms. From 3D scanning and prototype development to production-ready tooling and validation, every system is developed in-house to deliver the fitment, sound, and performance customers expect. Located just a short drive from the world-famous Tail of the Dragon, our team has access to one of America's most renowned driving roads, allowing real-world evaluation throughout the development process before products enter full production.
Warehousing (Knoxville, TN)
Our Knoxville facility also serves as Milltek Corp's North American distribution hub, stocking a comprehensive inventory of finished products and components ready for shipment across the United States. By developing, manufacturing, and warehousing products under one roof, we're able to improve availability, shorten lead times, and support our nationwide network of dealers with fast, reliable fulfillment.
Testing and Development (Nürburgring, Germany)
Located just minutes from the Nürburgring, our German headquarters places our engineering team at the heart of one of the world's most demanding automotive development environments. This unrivaled location allows us to develop, refine, and validate new performance exhaust systems under the extreme conditions that have made the Nürburgring the global benchmark for vehicle performance.
Beyond product development, we're an active part of the Nürburgring community. By working closely with local enthusiasts, motorsport teams, and performance specialists, our engineers receive valuable real-world feedback throughout every stage of development. From prototype evaluation to final validation, every Milltek system benefits from insight gained where performance matters most.
Our German facility also serves as Milltek's European development hub, supporting an expanding range of European vehicle platforms while leading work on EC and TÜV-approved products. Combined with decades of engineering expertise and direct access to one of the world's most respected performance communities, it ensures every Milltek product is developed to the highest possible standard.
All of our performance exhaust systems are manufactured from T304L stainless-steel; giving you the satisfaction of knowing that our products are meant to last within some of the toughest environments. T304L is a highly durable form of stainless-steel that is far less susceptible to degradation and discolouration than many others of its kind, while it will last almost indefinitely.
Our devotion to the perfection of our exhaust systems is what has enabled us to become accredited to ISO9001:2015 as well as being able to accomplish one of the widest ranges of EC Approved performance exhaust systems, all tested and approved by TUV in Germany. This, combined with our comprehensive dealer network, delivering to more than 95 countries world-wide continues to make Milltek one of the most accessible brands in the performance aftermarket industry.
