Common Questions
What are Milltek Ford exhausts made from?
Every Milltek system for Ford is engineered from T304L stainless steel, chosen for its corrosion resistance and consistent tone. It is the same grade we use across the entire catalog, built for the emotion.
Should I choose a resonated or non-resonated system?
Resonated systems add a center resonator for a refined, deeper tone that stays civil on long drives. Non-resonated systems are louder with more presence, a popular choice for Mustang GT and Raptor owners who want the V8 and EcoBoost heard. Our System Education guide walks through the differences in detail.
How do I know a system fits my exact Ford?
Each model page lists systems built for that exact chassis, engine and model years, and every product page carries specific fitment notes. If your Ford matches the chassis and engine listed, the system is engineered for it.
Do you make systems for Ford trucks as well as the Mustang?
Yes. Alongside the full Mustang range we build systems for the F-150 and all three Raptor generations, the Ranger and Ranger Raptor, the Maverick and the Bronco.
