Ford F150 Raptor R Exhausts (5.2 V8 Supercharged)

The Raptor R runs a supercharged 5.2 V8, and it should sound like it. Our valved cat-back opens up a deeper, more aggressive tone with the flip of a switch, while keeping the refinement you want on a long haul.

Ford F150 Raptor Exhausts (3.5 V6 EcoBoost)

The twin-turbo 3.5 EcoBoost responds beautifully to a freer-flowing system. Our valved cat-back for the current Gen 3 Raptor adds tone and presence on demand, and we also cover the previous Gen 2 Raptor in Supercab and Supercrew configurations.

Ford F150 Exhausts (3.5 EcoBoost & 5.0 V8)

Give your F150 a stronger presence without giving up its everyday manners. The 3.5 V6 EcoBoost SuperCrew runs Road+ resonated or non-resonated, in single or dual outlet. The 5.0 V8 SuperCrew runs Road+ or Race, again single or dual outlet. And the 5.0 V8 Single Cab is covered six ways: Road+ or Race, in dual side exit, single rear exit, or dual rear exit.

Tips come in Polished, Cerakote Black, Brushed Titanium, and Burnt Titanium. The Race Dual Side Exit Single Cab system lists its fourth finish as Burnt/Blue Titanium.

Ford F150 Tremor Exhausts (3.5 EcoBoost & 5.0 V8)

The Tremor sits higher and exits differently, so it gets its own hardware. These systems use Tremor-specific outlet pipes and 115mm tips to clear the factory rear. Both engines are covered. The 3.5 V6 EcoBoost and the 5.0 V8 each get a Road+ resonated system for a fuller everyday tone, or a Race system for the loudest option we build for the truck.

Available in Polished, Cerakote Black, Brushed Titanium, and Burnt Titanium tips.

Ford Maverick Exhausts (2.0T AWD)

The Maverick punches above its size, and a Milltek system helps it sound the part. Choose a secondary cat-back with a side exit for a bolder look, or the OE-position outlet for a cleaner, factory-style finish. A secondary catalyst bypass is also available to free up flow.

The side-exit cat-back is available in Polished and Cerakote Black tips.

Ford Bronco Exhausts (6th Gen)

The 6th-gen Bronco was built for the trail, so our systems are too. Choose a side-exit cat-back for a bolder look and sound, or the high-clearance system with downturn tips to keep things tucked away for serious off-road use.

The side-exit cat-back is available in Polished, Cerakote Black, Titanium, and Burnt/Blue Titanium tips.

Ford Ranger Exhausts (inc. Ranger Raptor)

From the 2.3 Turbo and 3.0 V6 to the full-fat Ranger Raptor, we have the Ranger covered. Choose a front pipe-back, an axle-back with twin outlets, or the valved Ranger Raptor cat-back for the most sound and presence.

  • Which Ford trucks does Milltek make exhausts for?

  • Are the Ford truck systems valved?

    The Raptor R, Gen 3 Raptor, and Ranger Raptor cat-back systems use valve control. Other F150, Tremor, Bronco, and Ranger systems come in Road+ resonated and non-resonated Race configurations to suit the sound you want. The 5.0 V8 Single Cab adds a choice of outlet layout: dual side exit, single rear exit, or dual rear exit, in Road+ or Race.

  • Will it fit without cutting?

    Yes. Every system is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory exhaust and mounts to the OE points. No cutting or fabrication required. Tremor systems use model-specific outlet pipes so they clear the Tremor rear exit without modification.

  • What are the exhausts made from?

    Premium T304L aircraft-grade stainless steel, chosen for its strength and its resistance to corrosion and discoloration compared with lower-grade stainless.
