Description
Milltek 80mm Cat Back Non-Resonated OPF-Back Exhaust System for Audi D5 S8 4.0 TFSI V8 (2020+). Direct factory fitment replacement with T304L stainless steel construction, 80mm mandrel-bent piping, and GT-115 polished trims. Non-resonated design engineered for track-focused tone on closed-course applications.
Hand-finished T304L stainless steel (thicker gauge than T304L) resists thermal stress and corrosion. 80mm bore diameter optimizes exhaust velocity without sacrificing scavenging. Non-resonated architecture eliminates OE resonance chambers, delivering full-throttle character with pronounced mid-range and top-end note. Direct OEM hanger compatibility ensures installation without modification.
