Description
The Milltek Hi-Flow Sports Catalyst is a high-flow replacement for restrictive OEM catalytic converters. Engineered to reduce backpressure and improve exhaust scavenging while maintaining emissions compliance, this T304L stainless steel component is designed for performance applications where Stage 2+ ECU remapping is planned.
Construction & Fitment: Mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel core with precision catalyst substrate. Direct OEM bolt-on fitment using factory hangers and mounting points—no modification required. Requires Stage 2 or higher ECU calibration to unlock full performance potential and avoid fault codes.
Performance & Sound Character: Reduces catalytic restriction by up to 40% versus OE units, allowing downstream exhaust components to flow freely. Works seamlessly with Milltek cat-back and turbo-back systems to optimize system resonance and tone.
