The Milltek Large Bore Lower Downpipe is a post-catalyst pair engineered for Audi B8 S5 4.2 V8 manual transmission models. Direct factory fitment with OEM hangers; no modification required. This T304L stainless steel downpipe optimizes exhaust scavenging immediately after the secondary catalytic converters, delivering dyno-proven gains in mid-range torque and peak horsepower.
Constructed from mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel with a large 2.36" (60 mm) bore diameter, this system maximizes flow while maintaining structural integrity and longevity. Hand-finished construction throughout. Uses OE cats for full emissions compliance on street or track.
