Description
Milltek 2.50" Non-Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System for Audi B9 S4 and S5 (non-sport differential models). Direct factory fitment replacement using OEM hangers and mounting points-no modification required.
Hand-finished T304L stainless steel construction with mandrel-bent piping engineered to eliminate factory resonance chambers. Quad polished oval trim finishes. 2.50" (63.5mm) bore diameter optimized for improved exhaust scavenging and full-throttle character without secondary silencers.
Fitment
- Audi S4 B9 3.0L TFSI (EA888 Gen 3H) Saloon/Avant, non-sport differential models, 2016 and later
- Audi S5 B9 3.0L TFSI (EA888 Gen 3H) Sportback, non-sport differential models, 2017 and later
Cat-back fitment: replaces factory cat-back section only. Factory turbocharger and downpipe remain in use. Requires 3-point hanger installation at factory points.
T304L hand-finished construction resists corrosion under continuous track use and daily driving alike-a material and process standard competitors reserve for premium tier systems.
Designed and manufactured in the UK with 40+ years of performance exhaust heritage. Tested at the Nurburgring.
