Description
Non-resonated cat-back exhaust system for Mini Cooper S R53 (MK1). Direct factory fitment using OEM hangers - no modification required. T304L stainless steel construction with hand-finished polished trims. Engineered to enhance throttle response tone and full-load character while maintaining street-legal operation.
Mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel piping throughout. CNC-formed collector and tailpipe sections. Polished stainless trim rings. Decibel-tested for baseline and load characteristics. Uses original Mini mounting points and hanger locations for bolt-on installation.

- 1.6L supercharged 4-cylinder (W11 engine code)
- Post-catalytic converter fitment (cat-back only)
Non-resonated configuration delivers enhanced intake and mid-range tone for closed-course and track use. For street use with OEM drone reduction, consider Milltek Resonated option. Engineered in-house and dyno-validated for repeatable power and acoustic character across the rev range.
Designed and manufactured in the UK with 40+ years of performance exhaust heritage. Tested at the Nurburgring.
