Milltek Non-Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System for Volkswagen Golf MK4 1.8T and 1.9 TDI engines. Direct factory fitment replacement using OEM hangers and mounting points-no modification required. Hand-finished T304L stainless steel construction with mandrel-bent tubing and CNC-formed polished twin tips.
This non-resonated design engineered for closed-course and track use delivers a pronounced full-throttle character without OEM resonance chambers. 2.50" (63.50mm) bore diameter mandrel-bent pipe optimizes exhaust scavenging. Decibel-tested acoustic profile eliminates drone while preserving aggressive tone on hard acceleration. T304L stainless resists salt and thermal cycling-no coating required.
