Description
The Milltek Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust System is engineered for the Volkswagen Golf R MK7.5 (2.0 TSI 310ps, non-GPF models). This is a direct factory fitment replacement that uses OEM hangers and requires no modification.
Constructed from T304L stainless steel with mandrel-bent 3.00" (76.20mm) primary pipes, the resonated design eliminates drone while preserving a sportier, engineered tone character. Finished with polished GT-100 round tips and hand-finished to Milltek's standard. The resonance tuning targets OE frequency points, delivering an OEM+ sound profile without harshness at cruise.
Fitment & Installation
- Direct cat-back system: replaces factory exhaust from the catalytic converter rearward
- VW Golf R MK7.5 (2.0 TSI 310ps, non-GPF models only)
- OEM hangers and mounting points-no welding or modification required
- Polished GT-100 round tip finish
Engineering & Materials
T304L stainless steel (not mild steel or aluminized), hand-finished to eliminate imperfections. Mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent wall thickness through each bend, optimizing scavenging and flow. Resonated chamber design fine-tunes resonance peaks to reduce drone without compromising full-throttle character.
This system is developed in-house, dyno-tested, and EC-approved for European market validation.
Designed and manufactured in the UK with 40+ years of performance exhaust heritage. Tested at the Nurburgring.
