Raised Voice. The Milltek Ram 1500 RHO.
Every truck has a sound it was meant to make. You hear it in the first cold start of the morning, in the moment the turbos spool and the road ahead opens up, in the rumble that settles back as you roll into the driveway. That sound is the voice of the machine, and it is the part of a drive that stays with you. At Milltek, finding that voice is the whole reason we exist.
The Ram 1500 RHO is Ram's high output performance truck. It pairs a purpose-built off-road chassis with the 3.0L Hurricane high output twin-turbo inline six, and it was built for owners who want the truck to feel as capable as it looks. The factory exhaust keeps most of that engine to itself. We wanted to let it be heard.

Why we built an exhaust for the Ram 1500 RHO.
A twin-turbo inline six is a different animal from the V8s that came before it. Two turbochargers soften the exhaust pulses before they ever reach the tailpipe, and the factory system is tuned to keep the cabin quiet. The result is a truck with serious performance and very little to say about it.
The brief was simple to write and hard to deliver: give the Hurricane real depth and presence, keep it civil at highway speed, and build it to bolt straight on. No drone. No cutting. No compromise on the way the RHO drives every day.

How the Milltek Ram 1500 RHO cat-back is built.
The Milltek Resonated Cat-Back Exhaust for the 2025 and later Ram 1500 RHO is built from nine dedicated T304L stainless steel sections, each engineered around the RHO chassis and its OE hanger locations. The full 3.00 inch (76.2mm) bore carries through every section, mandrel bent so the diameter never pinches in a bend.
From the cats back, the system runs LH and RH front pipes into a front X pipe, through a center section with cross over pipe and cross over link pipe, over the axle on dedicated LH and RH axle pipes, and out through LH and RH resonated outlet pipes to a pair of tips.

What the Milltek Ram 1500 RHO exhaust sounds like.
The resonated outlet pipes on each side do the tuning work. At a steady cruise the RHO stays composed, with the cabin as calm as the factory left it. Roll into the throttle and the Hurricane fills out, deeper and harder, with the kind of presence the chassis always suggested. Lift off, and it settles again.
That balance is what we chase on every truck we build for. Not noise for its own sake, but a sound that makes you look for an excuse to take the long way.

Finished in Polished or Cerakote Black.
The system finishes in a pair of GT-139 5.5 inch tips, offered in Polished (SSXDOD110) or Cerakote Black (SSXDOD109). The truck in these photos wears the Cerakote Black tips, which disappear into the RHO's dark trim until the light catches them. The finish changes the look only. Pipework, resonators and sound are identical.

Designed and manufactured in Tennessee. Proven on the Dragon.
The Milltek Ram 1500 RHO system is one of six Milltek lines designed and manufactured in Tennessee by Milltek Corp. Every one is road tested on the Tail of the Dragon, the 318-curve stretch of US 129 at Deals Gap.
We test there because the Dragon never lets an exhaust rest. Constant throttle changes, overrun and heat cycles expose drone and resonance that a straight highway run never will. If it sounds right through 318 curves, it sounds right on the drive home.

Questions RHO owners ask.
Will the Milltek exhaust make my Ram 1500 RHO drone on the highway?
No. The Milltek cat-back for the Ram 1500 RHO uses dedicated LH and RH resonated outlet pipes that keep cabin drone under control at cruise, while giving the 3.0L Hurricane twin-turbo six real depth and presence under throttle.
Does the Milltek RHO exhaust fit other Ram 1500 models?
No. SSXDOD110 and SSXDOD109 are engineered for the 2025 and later Ram 1500 RHO with the 3.0L Hurricane high output engine. Milltek offers separate systems for other Ram 1500 variants.
Do I need to cut or weld to install it?
No. The Milltek Ram 1500 RHO cat-back is a bolt-on replacement that uses the OE hangers and mounting points. Fitting takes 2 to 3 hours, including removal of the factory system.

The RHO was built to cover ground hard, on road and off it. We gave it a voice to match.
