As we continue to grow our U.S. manufacturing capabilities, the heartbeat behind it all comes from the people guiding each step. Three individuals in particular have helped turn vision into reality: Alex, Brett, and Bradley. Together, they represent the beginning of Milltek's American chapter, a story of leadership, passion, and pride in every exhaust system that leaves our hands.
Alex - Leading the Charge
Alex has been with Milltek USA for just over two years. A lifelong enthusiast and former master technician, he has always been drawn to the connection between engineering and emotion.
“When the opportunity came to help Milltek expand into the U.S. market, it felt like the perfect fit,” he says. “Everyone here truly cares about cars and the culture around them. That is why manufacturing here matters, enthusiasts building for enthusiasts.”
Now, Alex leads domestic product development and production, building out the foundation that will carry Milltek into the next generation of performance exhaust systems. “We are officially manufacturing here in the U.S., and my focus is on growing a strong, innovative team that can push our development even further. We are laying the groundwork for some big things to come.”
Brett - Precision in Motion
Brett has been with Milltek for nearly a year, working closely with Alex to bring U.S. exhaust manufacturing online and up to Milltek's global standard.
“Over the past year I have been working with Alex to set up everything we need to meet Milltek's standards here in the States,” Brett explains. “Going forward, I will be supervising our manufacturing processes to make sure every product we produce carries that same level of precision and quality the brand is known for.”
Before joining Milltek, Brett worked in medical manufacturing, an environment defined by precision and accountability. “It was fulfilling work, but the automotive industry is where I have always wanted to be,” he says. “Milltek is known for quality materials and exceptional sound, and I am excited to be part of bringing that legacy to the U.S. It has been months in the making, and we cannot wait to show you the start to finish process of how we make your exhausts.”
Bradley - The Craft of Connection
Bradley joined the Milltek team earlier this year, bringing years of experience in performance fabrication and a deep pride in his craft.
“Before Milltek, I spent years in automotive fabrication, working on performance builds and refining my skills in metalwork and exhaust fabrication,” he says. “It started as a passion and grew into a career I am proud of.”
“What drew me to Milltek was the precision, performance, and shared passion for quality. Everyone here is driven to create products that truly reflect the automotive community,” he continues. “My focus is on perfecting welds, craftsmanship, and attention to detail, making sure everything that leaves our shop meets the Milltek standard. I am excited to grow with the U.S. team and keep pushing what is possible in performance fabrication. There is real momentum here, and I am proud to help shape that future.”
